No Refunds ā Personalized Goods
Memories Personalized provides personalized coloring books generated from photographs uploaded by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of the product, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment processed, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which excludes from the right of withdrawal "the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized".
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts this exclusion.
Exceptions
Despite the no-refund policy, we will replace the product at no additional cost in the following cases:
⢠Defective or damaged digital files (e.g. corrupted PDF, unreadable image): contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will deliver a corrected file.
⢠Physical products arriving damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage and we will issue a replacement.
⢠Products shipped in error on our part (wrong item, wrong quantity): full replacement at our cost.
These remedies are limited to repair or replacement and do not constitute a monetary refund.
Limitations
We are not responsible for personal dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation of the coloring page. The AI-generated line-art is a creative interpretation of the source photograph and may vary in style, level of detail, or composition.
We strongly recommend trying our free sample (available at memoriespersonalized.com) before placing a paid order. The free sample uses the same conversion engine as paid products, so it is the most accurate preview of what you will receive.
We are not responsible for low-quality input (blurry photos, poor lighting, low resolution), which may produce a low-quality output. The customer assumes the responsibility of providing input photographs of sufficient quality.
How to Request a Replacement
For any of the exceptions listed above, contact us within the relevant deadline at:

⢠A clear photo or screenshot of the issue
⢠A short description of the problem
We will respond within 2 business days and process valid replacement requests within 5 business days.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the customer's country of residence within the European Union.
For consumers within the EU, the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is also available for resolving disputes outside of court.
