These Terms of Service govern your use of Memories Personalized, operated by Gritcore OÜ, including the website memoriespersonalized.com and any connected features that allow users to upload, create, manage, or publish content through third-party platforms such as TikTok. Memories Personalized provides a service that transforms personal photographs into coloring book pages using AI technology. We deliver digital files (PDF format) and/or physical printed books based on the product purchased.

2. TikTok Publishing Features

If you connect your TikTok account to Memories Personalized, you authorize Memories Personalized to access your TikTok account only for the permissions you approve during the TikTok authorization process, such as uploading or publishing content. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings or by contacting us.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to: • Only upload photos you own or have permission to use • Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights • Provide accurate contact and payment information • Use the coloring pages for personal, non-commercial purposes only

3. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original photos • The converted coloring pages are for your personal use • You may not resell or commercially distribute the coloring pages • Our website design, logos, and branding remain our property

4. Digital Products

For digital coloring book purchases: • Files are delivered via email and/or download link • Downloads are available for 30 days after purchase • Due to the digital nature, refunds are not available once files are delivered • We provide high-resolution PDF files suitable for printing

5. Physical Products

For printed coloring book purchases: • Shipping times vary by location (see our shipping info) • We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement • Wrong addresses provided by customers may result in lost orders without refund

6. Free Samples

• One free sample per email address • Free samples are provided to demonstrate our service quality • Abuse of the free sample system may result in account restrictions

7. Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe • Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes • Payment is required before order processing begins

8. Limitations

We are not liable for: • Results that don't meet subjective aesthetic expectations • Delays beyond our control (shipping carriers, etc.) • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the service • Third-party services or websites linked from our site

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
